In 2005, he founded United Martial Arts & Fitness (UMF) Academy in Townsville, originally known as the North Queensland Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy. Under his leadership, the academy has grown from 30 students to over 160, offering diverse programs such as Wing Chun Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and MMA.

Sifu Pablo’s 21-year military career includes deployments to East Timor as part of the UN peacekeeping force and participation in international exchange programs. His experiences with elite military units, including the US Army and Gurkhas, further enriched his teaching approach.

In 2013, he joined Grandmaster Cheung’s global delegation to China’s Henan Province, collaborating with Shaolin monks to acknowledge Wing Chun’s Shaolin roots.

Father of six children, Sifu Pablo’s unwavering commitment to martial arts and personal growth guides his students in developing not only physical strength but also discipline, respect, and character. Through his dual roles as a martial artist and military veteran, he exemplifies dedication and a holistic approach to training.
